The Non refoulement princple

The principle of non-refoulement is that refugees are not sent to the country of origin if they are threatened with persecution in their country of origin.

It was adopted by the 1951 refugee law convention. And The European Convention on Human Rights, the United Nations Convention on Civil Political Rights and the Convention Against Torture also adopted the principle of non-refoulement.
However, the European Union countries accept refugees as immigrants and violate these human rights conventions.
These violations are often based on some reasons:

1-) Reliable third country application,
2-) First entry country,
3-) EU border security practices violate these humanitarian conventions

Why am I writing?

I am writing because I  read every day and I must quote my opinion about the internet, events, peoples, persons, and life... What issue is important today? This is my birthday... And I am working, reading as usually... I appreciate essential english videos from Paul Nation... I prepare Tourism Law, Internet Law, Slander and Threat in the Turkish Criminal Code and Medical Law... See you soon...
